I had the greatest privilege to be a delegate in the un-uninsipiring Kidlat Awards 2012 held in Boracay. It was our team’s (Taft’s Toughest) prize for being hailed as the very first MRM Digital University Champions.

It has been months since the last time I played Dota. I can feel the rusts take over my once “imba” skills for the game. I miss the adrenaline and the fun whenever I use Razor or Traxex and later in the game hear M-M-M-M-Monster Kill!!

Magazines are one of the pillars of print media. They have proliferated since their inception and have entertained billions of people all over the world. However, their popularity are slowly sinking especially in today’s digital age where computers and tablets have been redefining almost all the good old stuff.
Is this the end for magazines?
Earlier today, I attended Gen F – the second Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) Foundation Intergrated Media Communication Youth Congress. I felt really privileged to be there to listen to the inspiring, moving and challenging talks of our country’s heavyweights in advertising, marketing, publishing, broadcasting, blogging and whole lot more.

Greetings from the past!
Ten years ago, on this exact date (October 6), a dashing, kind and intelligent young man wrote this letter to describe the technologies and advancements in communication of his generation. But before reading further, kindly offer a moment of silence for on this day, we also commemorate the death anniversary of Steve Jobs.

One of the things that social media has provided us is the avenue for a rich self-learning. Learning has never been this easy and enjoyable especially when you have pictures and videos to walk you through. Add to these the communities and forums that answer almost all questions from minor booboos like how to download youtube videos; to challenging queries such as how to add special effects in photoshop; to ultimate questions like how to fall in love.
My wounds are still fresh from the ravage beating I had in our midterm debate. No hard feelings whatsoever Miss member of government and other debaters; it was, after all, a glorious and epic battle. 🙂 I feel honored with your passion for debate. 🙂 Continue reading
